Push and Pull Pilates Kriya

Strengthen your obliques, arms, hamstrings, and gluteal muscles with a short Pilates class that features kriyas (dynamic moment) to stimulate digestion and lymphatic drainage.

  • Focus: Arms, Obliques, Hamstrings

  • Length: 20 minutes

  • HIGHLIGHTS: pushups, oblique curls, knee drives, squats, and plank/forearm plank variations.
