A 6-week practice to organize the body, steady the system, and return to center.

Each session, we move through:

  • breath (to regulate the nervous system)

  • subtle core work (to support the spine and internal pressure system)

  • intentional movement patterns (to organize how the body moves as a whole)

Across the 6 weeks, we’ll explore:

  • the relationship between breath, diaphragm, and core stability

  • how to move without gripping or compensating

  • how to build strength that supports real life — not just performance

  • how to regulate energy, not deplete it
