A 6-week practice to organize the body, steady the system, and return to center.
Each session, we move through:
breath (to regulate the nervous system)
subtle core work (to support the spine and internal pressure system)
intentional movement patterns (to organize how the body moves as a whole)
Across the 6 weeks, we’ll explore:
the relationship between breath, diaphragm, and core stability
how to move without gripping or compensating
how to build strength that supports real life — not just performance
how to regulate energy, not deplete it

The Wisdom Dakini 21-Day Sadhana
Join Seraphina for a 40-day Sadhana to evoke the energetic expression of the Five Wisdom Dakini from Tibetan Buddhism.
The intention is for you to get clear, connect to your creative capacity, and develop the discipline to be consistent.
We will do a kriya for 40 days. This event includes access to the Tuesday and Saturday yoga classes with the purchase of your Sadhana ticket.
Endocrine System: Lecture and Energy Work Session

This event includes a lecture on the glands and organs and an energy work session, during which you will feel the effects on your body through breath, sound, and sacred gestures.
Maha Mudras: Lecture and Energy Work Session
You’re invited to an event exploring three Kundalini Yoga Maha Mudras. The event will include a lecture, breathwork, and mudras (sacred gestures).
Lucid Dreaming Practice
You’re invited to a soulitude session to navigate the wanderings of the subtle body and your subconscious. This event includes energy work to express the subtle realm before journaling and discussing lucid dreaming and your relationship to symbols.
Mudras for Inner Alignment
You’re invited to explore the sacred gestures (mudras) that facilitate the body's energy flow. The mudras featured in this class will help you attune to the emotional body.
Create Your Chrysalis 40-Day Sadhana
This event offers a daily 30-minute session. We will do the same kriya for 40 days, plus a little movement and energy work through breath.
The intention is to create your chrysalis—a space to connect your creative capacity, get clear, and develop the discipline to be consistent.
Supermoon Sadhana Practice
