Clear the Spiral is the seventh portal in the Stomach Alive Somatic Core Series—a practice designed to reconnect gut, heart, and throat so your voice rises from truth, not tension.
With spirals, Bhramari breath, and a colon-clearing kriya, this session frees internal space, restores digestive rhythm, and helps expression flow from the core rather than the mind.
Your voice rises from the gut. When digestion (physical or emotional) stagnates, expression clogs with it.
In this class, we work with Air (vibration, breath, communication) and Ether (spaciousness, subtle awareness).
The intention: to release internal congestion, re-establish digestive rhythm, and open the channels that link your intuition to your voice.
Bhramari: Vibration That Clears the Inner Field
We begin with Bhramari (Bee Breath)—a simple, anywhere-anytime practice that tones the vagus nerve, soothes the mind, and resets digestion and emotional charge.
A few slow cycles of humming with pursed lips can:
Reduce cortisol and lower blood pressure
Calm the limbic system (emotion center)
Balance the throat and cranial glands (pituitary, pineal, thyroid, parathyroid)
Support sleep, digestion, intuition, and hormonal rhythm

Before the kriya, we warm the spine with spirals, twists, shoulder shrugs, and neck release.
This clears the “traffic” around the throat, upper digestive tract, and cervical chain so breath can move without resistance.

The Colon Kriya: Resetting the Gut–Heart–Throat Loop
The second half of this class centers around a Kundalini kriya that stimulates the colon and large intestine meridian.
It uses Breath of Fire and alternating arm movements to pump prana through the torso and clear stagnant energy.

Arms at shoulder height. Alternate arms toward the sternum with a sharp exhale (through the nose), the other arm extending. Move rhythmically.
