Private sessions using mat-based Pilates, traditional apparatus, and supportive equipment, including the Cadillac, traditional reformer, chair, weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, magic circle, and ball.
Each session is designed to build strength through precision—focusing on deep core activation, breath coordination, postural integrity, and structural alignment.
Sessions are thoughtfully tailored to the individual, taking into account injuries, sensitivities, movement patterns, and how to progress intelligently while working within the body’s current capacity.
