Conflict Resolution Mudra Meditation

  • Focus: Mudra and Pranayama

  • Length: 11 minutes

  • Loctation: Essaouria, Morocco

HOW TO DO THE MUDRA:

Take your palms flat to your upper chest, below the clavicle, on either side of the heart. Breathe into your palms.

HOW TO DO THE PRANAYAMA:

Inhale for 5 counts
Exhale for 5 counts
Hold for 10-15 counts

Draw the navel in and gently hold the mula bandha during the hold after you have emptied all the breath.
