As the season turns inward, this 40-day Sadhana practice offers a structured container to cultivate clarity, creative flow, and discipline. Through a daily kriya, breathwork, and movement, you will create your own chrysalis—a space for deep transformation, reflection, and energetic renewal leading up to the Winter Solstice.
Together, we will:
Practice the same kriya for 40 days to build strength, consistency, and internal alignment
Engage in breath and energy work to regulate and refine your nervous system
Develop a daily ritual of movement and presence to deepen self-connection
Explore how structured practice can unlock creativity and personal clarity
Prepare for the Winter Solstice with an intentional, embodied practice
This event includes 30-minute daily sessions for the duration of the Sadhana, plus access to 12 online yoga classes (Wednesday & Saturday) with your ticket purchase.
