Strengthen Your Immune System Kriya
A short variation to boost immunity, this practice involves three movements to enhance lymphatic flow, activate the parathyroid, circulate prana (energy), and stimulate digestion.
BENEFITS OF THE STRENGTHENING IMMUNITY KRIYA:
It stimulates the parathyroid gland, which aids the bones, kidneys, and small intestine and regulates the minerals calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium in the bones and blood.
Activates Agni (digestive fires) to encourage the flow of Prana and the removal of toxins.
It creates more sustaining energy in the body to support your daily mental, emotional, and physical activities.
Inspires the auric field by repetitive arms/hands/finger movements.

Strengthens the heart from the rhythmic pumping of the belly through the breath.
You’ll use the breath of fire (BOF) for the duration of this kundalini sequence. It is an invigorating pranayama, perhaps not for menstruating, pregnant, or feeling hot or excited.

Sharp inhales and exhales through the nose, pumping the belly.
