What to Bring:
For in-person sessions, wear comfortable clothing and bring water if you'd like. You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the session, resting on a massage table or mat. All props and blankets are provided.
For Zoom sessions, set yourself up in a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down uninterrupted. Headphones can help deepen the experience, though they’re not required.
After Your Session:
It’s normal to feel more open, emotional, or grounded afterward. Give yourself time to integrate—drink water, take it slow, and notice any shifts in your dreams, energy, or clarity in the days that follow.
You’re welcome to reply to your confirmation email with any insights or questions after your session. This is a space of ongoing support.
Cancellation & Refunds:
Sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If something urgent arises, please reach out—your nervous system is sacred, and so is communication.
