Sunday Sadhana: Breath, Core & Inner Stability
What to Expect:
This 6-week Sunday Sadhana is designed as a structured container to organize the body, regulate the nervous system, and build internal stability through consistent practice.
Each session integrates breathwork, subtle core activation, and intentional movement patterns to support how the body functions as a whole.
Through repetition and progression, you begin to refine:
how you breathe
how you stabilize
and how you move with greater efficiency and awareness
Together, we will:
Develop a deeper relationship with breath and diaphragm function
Build core stability that supports the spine and internal pressure system
Explore movement patterns that reduce compensation and improve coordination
Regulate the nervous system through paced, intentional practice
Create a consistent weekly rhythm to support clarity and groundedness
Structure:
What: 60-minute guided practice (breathwork + movement + reiki + meditation)
When: Sundays — May 17, 24, 31 / June 7, 14, 28
Time: 9:00 am PST \ 5:00 pm Morocco \ 6:00 pm CET
