Limbs of Yoga 8-Day Sadhana


This eight day sadhana is designed to guide you through the Limbs of Yoga, offering a structured and intentional approach to deepen your practice.

Each day, we will focus on one of the eight limbs, weaving together movement, breathwork, meditation, and self-inquiry to cultivate balance, awareness, and alignment.

The intention is to ground your practice in philosophy, refine your discipline, and integrate the teachings into daily life.

We will work with kriya, meditation, and reflection each day, with access to Seraphina’s Tuesday and Saturday yoga classes included with your Sadhana ticket.

The 8 Limbs of Yoga are a framework for self-mastery, guiding us from external discipline to inner liberation. Through practice, we move beyond the physical postures and into a way of being that honors truth, presence, and devotion.

This event is for you to:

  • Learn the foundational principles of the 8 Limbs of Yoga

  • Explore how each limb can be integrated into your daily life

  • Practice kriyas, breathwork, mantras, and meditation related to each limb

  • Reflect on the ethical and philosophical teachings of yoga

  • Develop a more holistic and intentional approach to your practice

Whether you are new to yoga philosophy or looking to deepen your understanding, this sadhana provides a structured yet intuitive journey into the heart of yoga beyond the mat.
