The Wisdom Dakini 40-Day Sadhana

Georgia O’Keeffe, Red Canna, 1924 (Georgia O’Keeffe Museum)

Join Seraphina for a 40-day Sadhana to evoke the energetic expression of the Five Wisdom Dakini from Tibetan Buddhism.

The intention is for you to get clear, connect to your creative capacity, and develop the discipline to be consistent.

We will do a kriya for 40 days. This event includes access to the Tuesday and Saturday yoga classes with the purchase of your Sadhana ticket.

The Five Wisdom Dakinis are expressions of feminine energy, manifestations of emotional patterns, and ways to work with the vibrancy we each contain within to become more aware.

Dakini is a term from Tibetan Buddhism. It comes from the word khandro, which translates as ‘sky dancer.’

Inspired by the work of Lama Tsültrim Allione, Seraphina has spent the last year working with the themes and energies expressed by the Dakinis through movement, meditation, mudra, and prose.

This event is for you to:

  • Learn about the Five Wisdom Dakinis and their themes,

  • Discover ways to express the unique energies in your day-to-day rituals,

  • Practice meditations, mudras, mantras for the Five Dakinis,

  • Review the work of Lama Tsültrim Allione,

  • Reflect on how the energies and themes are expressed in your life.

Seraphina is grateful for the work of ama Tsültrim Allione and created this event based on inspiration gathered from her text ‘Wisdom Rising: Journey into the Mandala of the Empowered Feminine.’
