Intuition Meditation

This short meditation stimulates the pituitary gland, connecting you with your intuitive body. To enter embodied awareness, you’ll use mudra (sacred gestures), pranayama (breathwork), and visualization.

ABOUT THE PITUITARY GLAND:

  • It regulates all endocrine glands and affects metabolism, physical growth, and sexuality.

  • Influences focus, subconscious action, and creative vitality.

  • Works in harmony with the pineal gland.

4 short inhales through the nose
1 extended exhale through the mouth

WHERE TO FIX YOUR GAZE:

Close the eyes or have the gaze soft and look at the tips of your extended index fingers.

Reflection Questions:

  1. How do you connect with your intuitive body?

  2. Do you receive spontaneous messages—what are you doing when they arrive?

  3. How did this meditation create a space for you to listen—what appeared? How will you record and process what showed up?
