What to Expect:
The Six Paramitas (Perfections) are guiding principles for cultivating wisdom, compassion, and integrity in daily life. This 21-day Sadhana offers a structured practice to embody these teachings through movement, breathwork, meditation, and self-inquiry. Each day, we will explore a different aspect of the Paramitas, weaving these timeless virtues into an intentional and transformative practice.
Together, we will:
Explore the Six Paramitas—generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom—and how they apply to modern life
Engage in a daily kriya and meditation practice to build consistency and deepen self-awareness
Cultivate breath and energy work to enhance focus, presence, and emotional resilience
Integrate reflections and journaling prompts to bring these teachings into practical action
Develop a personalized practice that extends beyond the 21 days and into daily living
Sadhana Structure & Access:
Daily 30-minute sessions featuring kriya, meditation, and breathwork
Access to two weekly online yoga classes (Tuesday & Saturday) included with the Sadhana ticket
Guided reflections & community support to deepen understanding and integration
