curiosity

I’ve been sitting with my ‘why’ this week.

Why I practice. Why I teach. Why bother with any of it?

The thing that always shows up is curiosity.

I love feeling what arises within and seeing how the practices land with others.

I relish the deep silence at the end of practice, the nonverbal/intuitive realm where I discover a natural and effortless capacity to make decisions.

My why must be rooted in the practical as well as the esoteric.

So I’ve invested in three great anatomy books. This is where I’m spending my summer.

I’ve created a 40 Minute Kundalini Class:

Kriya for the Lymphatic System

This variation includes breath work and exercises to stimulate your lymph to make your body and auric field shine!!!!

More flow = less toxins = stronger immunity = healthy body, mind, and spirit.

I’ve added notes about the upcoming classes below.

Sending you light,

Seraphina
