We begin with one of the most invigorating kriyas for the diaphragm and core—Prana Shakti Kriya—a three-minute practice that replaces the “second espresso” with pure pranic voltage.
The pattern:
Inhale – arms extend overhead, fingers spread
Exhale with Cannon Breath – make fists, elbows strike lower ribs
That rhythmic strike stimulates:
Lymph flows across the diaphragm and intercostal muscles
Obliques and core reflexes
Intra-abdominal pressure + breath-to-core coordination
You are re-educating your body to stabilize from the exhale rather than from tension.
