I love my morning routine.

I open the windows to let in the breeze. I light incense and dust the rooms with its scent. I boil water for tea. I sit with my notebook and pen to record my dreams. I listen to the cats chatter and the birds sing. I write a poem, maybe two. I move my body: twenty minutes of powerful breathing, strengthening, and mudra meditation.

Mornings are sacred to me. I use rituals to make me feel grounded, graceful, and grateful.

Saturday Kundalini Yoga is shifting to 7am PST.

Saturday, September 14th, is the last day the class will be at 8am PST. All the Saturday classes after this date will be at 7am PST.

No classes in September on Tuesday 17, Thursday 19, Saturday 21*

I am in a Jin Shin Jyutsu Training this week, so there will be no Zoom classes.

The last class will be KUNDALINI on Saturday, September 14th, at 8am PST. We will resume the schedule on Tuesday, September 24th.
