soul stretch

The pilates classes I’ve designed this week emphasize the legs and feet, taking me out of my mind and into my lower body. I crave toe and sole stretches, leg strengthening, and pelvis stability exercises.

Little Leg Lift Pilates - a short class to treat your glutes, hamstrings, and groins!

✺ This class includes strength-building and stretching to release the front and back body.

✺ It’s great for those who sit all day as it activates the core and spinal muscles and brings energy down.
