heart
I’m back to my daily 4km hiking routine. My favorite route goes straight up a hillside.
Dragonflies are my companions, and a beige pony greets me at the summit.
I love hiking. My hamstrings get sore, my shoulders and upper back feel more open, and my heart works hard!!!
I am forced to listen when my heart beats furiously during sustained pressure.
The ego drops away; I cannot be in my head when climbing. My body needs the blood to engage the muscles and get me up the hill.
These are some of my most treasured creative moments.
I won't always have access to the mountains, so I've created heart-centric rituals to anchor and align me with my Truth.
I've included a mudra for the heart below and a 7-minute Kundalini Series that I use to get my blood flowing and energy HIGH to start my day.
Sending you love and light,
Seraphina

Where is your uphill heart workout? Where do you go to listen?
